3D Scanning & Design

Our team offers 3D scanning or reverse engineer almost any component. Rise Fab Shop takes pride in being one of the few motorsports based companies that offer 3D scanning in Knoxville Tn. 3D scanning can capture the smallest bracket up to a full vehicle body scan for quick part or product development. We make use of a hand held professional scanner to ensure we have the best tool for the job. We use Fusion360 exclusively for all post processing work, ensuring the quality of scanning is accurate for reproduction. Scanning has allowed us to reverse engineer to a level of detail not previously achievable in the past. Hand measurement has it’s place and we hand measure various elements after a scan to ensure our measurements are precise and accurate.

Mig Welding

We take great pride in our high quality mig welding processes. Attention to detail goes into every bead we lay, working hard to ensure not only a very attractive weld, but one that is structurally sound. We offer a vast array of mig welding services including, custom roll cages, chassis fabrication, bash bars, chassis repair, and more.

Tig Welding

We specialize in tig welding an array of metal types. Focusing on delivering the highest quality welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium. We tig weld turbo manifolds, custom exhausts, custom intakes, radiators, radiator tubing, intercoolers, intercooler piping, titanium intakes, titanium exhaust, roll cages and much more.

Plasma Cutting

We offer plasma cutting services with our CNC JD Squared MAD table. With design, cut, and delivery all in house we are able to deliver seamless customer experiences with more accurate deadlines and a custom 1 on 1 experience. Having this capability in house also allows us to increase our in house quality for roll cages and custom fabrication projects. Using precise computer aided design significantly lowers the margin of error to ensure your end product is perfect.

Bead Rolling | Sheet Metal
