E82/E92 dual master brake booster delete kit modification pics

The is a bolt on kit. Except that the aluminum brake tower has provisions for only two mounting holes while the kit requires four for strength. You will see step-by-step pictures of what is needed to drill those two extra holes. This was my first attempt and it worked quite fine. All you need is a hacksaw, a flat file, a round file and drill bits. The kit includes those long steel threaded stand-offs that needs machining to be used as an extra long nut to clear the alu tower.

If you purchase the kit, please do not install it with only with two mounting holes. Any distorsion in the Dual MC body can result in longer pedal travel as flex will occur in the firewall.
